Where is your facility located?
What are your office hours?
We hold office hours from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday
What are the access hours of the facility?
24 Hour Access
Is there security at your facility?
Our Property is well lit and accessible. Additionally, our resident manager keeps a watchful eye over the facility during daytime hours.
What size of storage do I need?
Half units will store the contents of a small house or a 1-2 bedroom apartment
Full units will store the contents of a large house or a 3-4 bedroom apartment.
Do you require insurance for storage units?
Yes, we require each tenant to have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to cover all items stored in their units. A current homeowners policy or renters insurance will cover these items. Please check with your insurance agent to see what policy is best.
Do you provide locks?
Tenants must provide their own locks.
Do you offer long-term/short-term leases?
Yes, we rent month-to-month so our leases can accommodate a tenant that wants anywhere from 3 months to 3 years. Rent for as long as you need to.
How do you make rental payments?
We accept bill payment from your bank, credit cards, or you may register with our property management software and make automatic monthly rent payments.
How do I move out?
If you decide that you no longer need a storage space, we require all tenants to give a 30 day written notice, and all past due rents paid up before vacating.
